5. Refund Policy

5.2 Requesting a Refund: If, for any reason, you find yourself dissatisfied with any of our paid services or products, you have the option to request a refund within 14 days of your purchase.

Your right to request a refund is applicable solely after the initial subscription purchase. Subsequent automatic renewals are not eligible for refunds under our policy.

These criteria may include the type of product or service, the reason for the refund request, and adherence to these Terms. If, in the rare instance, the plugin encounters issues that we are unable to resolve, a refund will be issued.

Please Note: This 14-day refund policy does not apply universally. The following circumstances do not qualify for a refund:

5.4 How to Request a Refund: To initiate a refund request, please log into your MyPreview account, navigate to the Support page, and select “Request a refund” using the “What can we help you with today?” drop-down field while filling out the support form.

5.5 Refund Process: Upon receiving your refund request, MyPreview will review it promptly. If approved, we will process the refund within 3-5 working days, depending on your original payment method.

5.6 Non-Refundable Violations: Please be aware that MyPreview reserves the right to refuse refunds for users found in violation of these Terms or any applicable laws and regulations.

5.7 Sales Tax Refund Policy: If you’ve been charged Sales Tax on your purchase and you’re registered for Sales Tax in your country, you may be eligible for a refund of the Sales Tax amount, subject to the laws of your country. Sales Taxes encompass VAT, GST, Consumption Tax, and other similar taxes. Please note that Paddle.com, our online reseller, manages our order process. To be eligible for a Sales Tax refund, you must contact Paddle within 60 days of completing your purchase.

5.8 Unfamiliar Charge? Charges from purchasing our plugins will appear on your bank or card statement as:

If you don’t recognize a charge, need a receipt, or suspect fraudulent activity, please reach out to Paddle support promptly. They will assist you in identifying, investigating, and promptly resolving the matter.
