General Settings
This document helps to configure the General options reflecting the vacation mode operations.
Woo Store Vacation
Unlimited vacation dates and timesForce close
Using Force close, you can turn on vacation mode without a schedule earlier or a precise end time. Your shop only accepts new orders once you disable the Force close manually.

- Navigate to WooCommerce → Settings → Store Vacation.
- Go to the General section within the current tab.
- Choose whether to activate Force close.
- Activate force close to pause your shop and disable order operation.
- Deactivate force close to reopen your shop and allow users to shop.
- Click on the Save changes button.
User Roles
You can exclude specific users’ roles, like administrator or shop manager, from vacation mode. Your shop will be open for the selected user roles during vacation mode.

- Navigate to WooCommerce → Settings → Store Vacation → General.
- Choose User roles to ignore from Vacation mode.
- Click on the Save changes button.
Product Types
You can exclude vacation mode for different types of products and restrict your customers to allow orders from specific product types.
Therefore, While your shop is closed during vacation, products from the selected types are purchasable, and your shop can accept new orders from the specified product types.

- Navigate to WooCommerce → Settings → Store Vacation → General.
- Select which Product types to exclude from Vacation mode.
- Click on the Save changes button.
Troubleshooting
How to check if your shop is closed?

The Shop Closed alert displays in the admin bar when the vacation mode is on during closing times.
Using the Active filter in the Schedule and Weekday tables, you can find which vacation modes currently affect your shop. Also, Your shop can be closed by enabling the Force close option from the General setting.
Who can edit the plugin settings?
Only Administrator and Shop manager roles have permission to manage all settings within Woo Store Vacation.
