Our users are our biggest fans
Here are a few nice things folks have said about the plugin over the years
“An excellent simple plugin that saved a huge amount of time. Worked first time on the flatsome theme and gave a simple way of preventing holiday ordering. I particularly liked the date picker option to select when to start and stop the holiday as assuming this reenables automatically would allow orders to recommence just before returning from holidays – so a good idea. Quite why a simple diasble store feature isn’t built into woocommerce is a bit of a mystery.”
Lickthespoon 5

“Does what it says – turns off the ability to buy any product. As a side benefit, running this plugin means no impact on your store’s Google rankings.”
David Bowen 5
“This is a great plugin for temporarily disabling your woocommerce shop. I use it now for Divi theme and does what is says.”
Pimstigter 5

“This works like a mint. It’s exactly the functionality we needed for our small shop while we went on vacation for a week.”

- You run a solo business, and sometimes life interferes, whether it be an illness, a personal trip, or a family emergency.
- You want to give your employees a few days off over a holiday weekend to improve their productivity.

Does vacation mode hurt SEO ranking?
No, the plugin keeps your entire store visible, preserving your search engine rankings while allowing customers to continue browsing products and making purchase plans.
There can be no new purchases or transactions while the extension is active because the plugin only disables the actual checkout and shopping cart processes.
Will the plugin add "noindex, nofollow" meta tags to my website?
Absolutely not. Store Vacation plugin is carefully built with SEO in mind.
We have developed everything with best practices and modern eCommerce standards to ensure things run smoothly and your search engine ranking remains intact during vacation schedules.
Will it work with my theme builder?
Yes. In addition to shortcode API support, which is a feature supported by all theme builders, you can add the vacation notice to any specific page or post that you desire by adding the Store Vacation Notice Gutenberg block to the page's content.
Does this plugin integrate with multilingual stores?
Yes. The plugin is translation-ready and has a special config file to fully support both WPML and Polylang plugins.
Can I still use the plugin when my license expires?
Yes, but you won't get any updates, bug fixes, or support, and we cannot guarantee that the plugin will continue to function when WordPress or WooCommerce releases major updates.
Once license updates expire, you’re welcome to stay on your last supported version of the plugin, at no extra charge.
Can I change the domain associated with the license?
Yes. You can unregister the plugin on one domain and then activate it on another domain with no issues. The license verification server checks against the number of active installs rather than the specific domain names.
A single license key can be used to register the plugin on 3 (three) WordPress instances, and you are free to share your key with other people or co-workers.
Do you offer lifetime licenses?
No. We do not offer any lifetime licenses for our plugins.
Is my license set up for auto-renewal?
No, we do not keep credit card details on file or engage in auto-renewals for purchases made. Your license is perpetual and includes one year’s worth of free updates and support.
Your license is valid for a year from the date you activate it. For example, if you purchase and activate your license on 18th January, 2021, you’ll get regular updates to the plugin up to and including 17th January, 2022.
To receive updates after that date, you’ll need to renew your license.
Additionally, you can extend your license if it hasn’t expired yet. For example, if you purchased in April 2022 and renewed early in January 2023, your license would expire in April 2024, giving you two full years.
Do you offer a free trial?
No. We don’t offer free trials for our plugins. However, we have a few ways you can check the plugin before purchasing:
- Store Vacation plugin has a free version available on the WordPress.org repository that we recommend you to install and try before deciding to buy the pro version.
- PRO plugin has extensive documentation outlining all its capabilities and features, which you can learn more about by clicking here.
- You can rely on our 14-day refund policy if it turns out the plugin isn't functioning properly for you. Click here to read our refund policy.
I’m having check-out issues, what should I do?
All payments are handled through our authorized retailer Paddle.com, and we accept all major credit cards, debit cards, iDEAL, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
If you’re having check-out issues, please try the following:
- Try again with a clean browser (clear cache before your try again).
- Attempt to try again from a different browser (Firefox instead of Google Chrome, etc).
- Try the order from a different computer altogether.
- Selecting a different payment method is another alternate solution.
If you’re still experiencing any check-out issues, please reach out to our support team for help.
