Refund Policy
While we hate to see you go, we try to make every aspect of using our products or services as easy as possible. If you’ve decided one of our plugins is not for you, we are happy to offer you a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.
The plugin is not working!
If the plugin is not working and you’ve not already reached our support team, we’re more than happy to take a look for you.
Please use the form at the end of this Policy to ask for assistance.
If we cannot fix the issue (this is rarely the case), then we’ll happily issue you a refund. If we can resolve the issue, but you’re still not happy, we can still issue you the full refund; at least at this point, we’ve solved a bug for other users of the plugin.
Policy exemptions
This 14-day refund policy does not apply to all purchases. The following reasons do not warrant a refund:
- You changed your mind.
- A license was purchased by mistake.
- You built it yourself after purchasing a license.
- The plugin doesn’t do what you want, but you are unable to explain what it is you want.
- Inability to run the plugin due to the service provider or WordPress setup error.
- No refunds will be granted after the first 14 days of the original purchase whatsoever.
These reasons are listed because they have been presented as reasons for requesting a refund in the past.
Sales tax refund policy
If you’ve been charged Sales Tax on your purchase and are registered for Sales Tax in the country of purchase, you may be entitled to a refund of the Sales Tax amount if permitted by the laws applicable in such country. Sales Taxes include VAT, GST, Consumption Tax, and others, as added from time to time.
Our online reseller Paddle.com conducts our order process, and you must contact Paddle within 60 days of completing the purchase to be eligible for a Sales Tax refund.
I don’t recognize this charge!
Charges from purchasing our plugins will appear on your bank or card statement as:

Suppose you do not recognize a charge and would like a receipt or suspect that a charge is fraudulent. In that case, you may contact Paddle support as soon as possible to get help to identify, investigate and quickly resolve the issue.
How long it takes to process a refund?
After we have received this information, a member of our customer support staff will be able to help you. Once your refund is issued, it can take between 3-5 working days (depending on the payment method you used at checkout) for the refund to be credited to your account.
