To ensure optimal performance and compatibility with MyPreview’s WooCommerce premium plugins, please ensure that your WordPress setup meets the following requirements:
- WordPress Version: You must have WordPress version 5.9.x or newer installed.
- WooCommerce Plugin: A fully configured WooCommerce plugin setup is essential for proper installation, functionality, and to receive updates and upgrades.
- WooCommerce Version: Make sure you are running WooCommerce version 7.0 or a later release.
- Server Requirements:
- PHP: Your hosting environment should support PHP version 7.4 or higher.
- Database: Your server should have MySQL version 5.6 or greater OR MariaDB version 10.0 or greater.
- WP Memory Limit: We recommend a WP Memory limit of 128MB or higher for optimal performance, but a minimum of 64MB is required.
Site Health Check
It’s advisable to check your site’s health status under Tools → Site Health. This feature will perform various checks and provide critical information about your WordPress configuration. It may also highlight any areas that require attention.
Please note that the version of PHP used by your site is determined by your hosting provider. You may need to either follow instructions to update the PHP files yourself or request your hosting provider to perform the update.
