Easy setup for seamless installation

After purchasing a plugin, it’s crucial to understand how to manage and utilize your license effectively. Here’s a comprehensive guide to help you navigate the licensing process:

Finding Your License Key:

  1. Log in to your Account on our website.
  2. Navigate to the Downloads tab within your account page.
  3. You’ll find a table listing your purchased products on the Downloads page.
    • Under the License key column, you can locate the license key for a specific product, along with its expiration date (typically valid for a year, renewable with your subscription).
    • Check the Activation Limit column to see the number of activations allowed based on your purchased plan.

Activating Your License:

To access automatic updates for a PRO plugin, activate your license as follows:

  1. Log in to your WordPress website dashboard.
  2. Navigate to WooCommerceSettings → plugin settings page.
  3. In the License section, enter/paste your license key into the provided text field.
  4. Click the Save Changes button.
  5. Upon successful validation, you’ll see a verified notification.

Deactivating Your License

Deactivation from Site License is Activated:

  • In your WordPress dashboard, go to WooCommerce Settings → plugin settings page.
  • Within the current tab, locate the License section.
  • Click the Unregister my license key from this domain link below the license key field.
  • Confirm the removal of your license key by clicking Continue button on the notice.

Deactivate from the Account page:

  • Log in to your Account on our website.
  • In your account page, visit the Downloads tab.
  • Find the site name where you want to deactivate the license key and click the Deactivate button.

You have reached the maximum amount of available WordPress sites.

If you’ve reached the maximum number of activations allowed by your license, consider purchasing a new license to use the plugin on additional websites.

Your license has expired.

Each license key is valid for 365 days from the purchase date. If your license expires, it may be due to a canceled subscription or an invalid payment method. In such cases, you won’t receive updates until the license is renewed.

What happens if I don’t renew my license?

If you choose not to renew your license, you can continue using the plugin but won’t receive updates or support. We strongly recommend keeping your plugin up to date for security, stability, and access to new features.

Your license has been revoked.

Refunds may result in the revocation of your license, which means you won’t receive plugin updates.

If you purchased our previous one-time plans, your license key remains valid until its expiration date. You can request support via our contact form. Consider upgrading to a subscription plan for continued benefits.

Understanding and managing your plugin license is essential to ensure smooth operation and ongoing support for your WooCommerce store.
